the front office staff really helped customers, especially asanka and nelson! their friendliness. the rooms were especially neat, and the staff, hamza and nelson, were very cooperative and made sure i had everything i needed. i will definitely be back!

Afnan, Hamza, and Asanka were pretty good too ensure a comfortable experience for me. From check-in to daily assistance, their warm hospitality and attention to detail stood out. I felt welcomed. The provided service was really good.
I found the gym quite small. The limited space restricted my workout routine and the availability of equipment was not ideal. This was an inconvenience. I hope improvements are considered to better cater to guests' fitness needs in the future.

The front desk staff were very good. Ahlem, Mehyar, Emma and Jacki are helpful. They are cooperative and supportive when you need them. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym.
I did not find power outlets next to the bed. I needed to buy an extension cord for my machine. The bathroom lacked a wall handle in the shower. I think it presents a safety hazard.

The rooms were clean! it. the location is ideal, close enough to key attractions and easy to navigate. their hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. Afnan was cute and friendly, always ready to help with a smile.
The lifeguard wasn't able to provide sufficient towels for us. It seemed awkward since the pool access started early, and we requested towels a short time later

I had such a blast ! the front desk team, especially mehyar, ahlam, and afnan, were helpful. they made check-in easy! gema at toad's restaurant was also amazing. She gave great menu recommendations and made my meal super enjoyable. the service was really good all around.
the room had a bit of a strange smell, kinda like wet carpet i think? i had to buy some spray to deal with it! also, the bed wasn't super comfortable and the pillow was quite hard. it was tough to get a good night's rest.

The gym was like a sauna cause air condition was not working correctly. the space was tight too. Felt claustrophobic with more than one person. i found parking a constant battle . plus, only getting one liter of water a day in that heat? its frustrating. i complained a bunch of times but only got excuses.

The buffet breakfast I had was generous enough.
The parking situation was not good upon my return late at night. Security directed me to park outside with no guarantee of vehicle safety. the lifeguard was unable to provide enough towels at the pool. I had to wait for some time.
